Hilton Alexander II – ATH Class 2023

Hilton “Deuce” Alexander II is without question one of the most explosive athletes in the class of 2023. Alexander is leading his undefeated 11U Atlanta Bulldogs to the semi-finals this weekend against the Atlanta Tigers in the Metro Atlanta Youth Football League. The Atlanta Bulldogs are as dominant as any team in the state of Georgia, outscoring their opponents 290-6 through 8 games. That’s nearly an average of 36-0 each week.
Deuce put all of his talents as an athlete on display this season against the East Point Bulldogs. Alexander threw for a touchdown pass; he ran for a touchdown score, and intercepted a pass and returned it for a third touchdown. He can line up anywhere on the field but feels most dangerous as a slot receiver with the ball in his hands. He’s blazing fast, elusive, and proud of his footwork that sets up big plays. “My vision is something that stands out”, said Alexander. If you give him the ball in space, he’s going to make people miss and he’s going to find the end zone. Defensively he’ll also play free safety where he uses his athleticism to protect in the back end while coming up often to lay the wood in run support.
It’s down the road before Alexander reaches his college dreams, but one school in particular catches his eye. “Florida State, definitely, I went to their camp and got to tour the facilities and see the practice field”, he recalls. “I love their atmosphere and the way they play the game”. Deuce has skillsets similar to another former standout in Florida State’s #2 Deion Sanders.
“I want to win it all. I want to win the MAYFL Championship, I want to win the B2C Championship”, said Alexander. “I want my team and I to do well and compete at the highest level playing mistake free football. We have to work hard every day but we can do that. That’s what it takes to win it at all”. Alexander is a leader and playmaker on a talented and dominant team capable of standing out in the sport’s biggest games.
