RouteKing’s Pro (Middle School) speed and agility camp is for all Middle School athletes. The cost for the RouteKing Pro camp $10 in advance and $15 drop in. The focus is on improving overall speed, agility, balance, coordination, explosiveness, conditioning and more! Welcome to all genders and all sports as footwork is universal to any sport!
